As part of its efforts to strengthen international partnerships, Sela Association paid an official visit to the Malaysian Embassy in Beirut. The visit was led by Executive Director Mrs. Amal Hassan, accompanied by Mrs. Shifa Hammad, Head of Relations and Resources.

They were received by the Embassy’s Chargé d’Affaires, Mr. Johan Arief Jaafar, and Mrs. Manal Shaheen, Head of Consular and Promotional Affairs.

During the meeting, Mrs. Amal Hassan gave an overview of the association’s mission and goals in the fields of women’s empowerment and childcare, and highlighted its key educational and relief programmes and initiatives. The two sides also explored opportunities for future partnership and collaboration in areas of shared interest.
