Sustainable development kitchen "Themarona"

The third strategic project for Sela is a productive kitchen established in Saida equipped with all needed and modern tools to produce high-quality food for the local community by preparing daily fresh meals, feasts for several occasions, and frozen food.

The kitchen consists of a training hall equipped to host cooking training. The training will target 60 women to learn about east and west cuisines under the supervision of professional chefs. The trainees will be offered good job opportunities or the chance to establish a personal business.
