In celebration of the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, Sela Association inaugurated five new development projects aimed at empowering underprivileged families and improving their quality of life.

The projects include providing essential household appliances to a family in need, equipping a sewing shop to help a woman earn a stable income, supplying a motorcycle to a young man seeking employment, and establishing a poultry farm to help another family achieve self-sufficiency.

This initiative is part of Sela’s ongoing efforts to promote economic empowerment among low-income families, transforming them from dependency to productivity — in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals to reduce poverty and foster social stability.
