The first strategic project for Sela was launched at the beginning of 2017 in Saida to open the door for women empowerment on the social and economic levels to help her rise along with her family and become a partner in the desired development process.

Besides, the factory aims to provide capacity building and vocational training for women through training workshops in fashion, sewing, embroidery, and life skills and offer profitable job opportunities, along with carrying out local and international orders of costumes and embroideries.
