The cold winter swept Lebanon with snow and heavy rain. Simultaneously, the Syrian refugees in Arsal, the eastern border of Lebanon with Syria, cannot reconcile their dire tragedy with the bitter cold. Amid these harsh conditions, Sela decided to relieve the Syrian refugees displaced from their own country. Sela implemented Winter 2019 Campaign in Arsal as part of Dania- Seasonal Relief Program on Thursday, 1/24/2019.

The campaign included several projects (food parcels, winter cloth for women and children, diesel, blankets, and toys).

Every displaced family had a share of blankets and diesel funded by benefactors from Qatar. As well as food parcels, in addition to winter cloth for children and women manufactured by Khoyout Factory.
