Due to the ongoing medicine crisis in Lebanon, it is necessary to prioritize changing the health status in the society and support the individuals to overcome their illnesses. Moreover, consider the different aspects of living that affect patients with chronic diseases, especially amid high living costs.  

Based on the second goal of the sustainable development goals (good health and well-being), Sela provided medicines for patients with chronic diseases for a year, including the poor, the people in need, orphans, widows, older people, and people with special needs. The International Islamic Charity Organization funded this initiative to lessen their pain and support them.
