Mrs. Doaa Abdelhadi, Head of Media at Sela Association, and Ms. Maha Khalil, a member of the Media Department, participated in the Professional Diploma in Humanitarian Media, held in Istanbul from August 18 to 23, 2025.

The program was organized by HU.roads and REVOLVE Humanitarian Incubator, with the participation of a distinguished group of expert trainers and media professionals specializing in humanitarian communication from various countries.

The training program covered advanced topics in humanitarian media, including humanitarian media discourse, strategic media planning, institutional and visual identity, as well as an introduction to humanitarian media and the role of photography and videography in humanitarian work. These topics were presented through intensive interactive sessions and hands-on workshops conducted over five days.

Sela Association’s participation in this diploma reflects its ongoing commitment to developing its media team’s professional capacity, thereby enhancing its humanitarian message and institutional presence at both the local and international levels.
