Sela Association took part in the İDSB Exhibition, held in Istanbul from November 21-23, 2024. The event was jointly organized by the Union of NGOs in the Islamic World, led by Secretary General Eyup Akbal, and the Turkish Voluntary Organizations Foundation, headed by Ismail Tuğrul.

On the third day of the exhibition, His Excellency President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended, touring the exhibition pavilions and reviewing the projects of participating associations and organizations. During the event, Sela Association’s director, Mrs. Amal Hassan, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the association’s charitable and development projects aimed at supporting vulnerable groups and promoting sustainable development.

The Sela team actively engaged with visitors at the pavilion, providing detailed insights into the association’s programmes and their impact on improving the lives of beneficiaries. The pavilion attracted a large number of visitors and participants from various countries, who expressed their admiration for the association’s initiatives and their willingness to collaborate on future projects aligned with shared humanitarian values.

Mrs. Amal Hassan praised the exceptional organization of the exhibition and extended her gratitude to Secretary General Eyup Akbal and Foundation Chairman Ismail Tuğrul for their efforts in making the event a success, bringing together charitable organizations from around the world.

Sela’s participation in the exhibition aligns with its mission to strengthen partnerships with international organizations and exchange expertise in humanitarian work, with the ultimate goal of providing better services to communities in need worldwide. The association’s pavilion also featured a special section dedicated to Khoyout Factory, its first strategic project, showcasing a collection of heritage products, embroidery, and creative fashion designs.
