Under the umbrella of Sela’s mission, “Female Leaders,” which translates into empowering female breadwinners and providing social and psychological support, Sela launched the If I Had, I Would Have Campaign. The campaign aims to look for female breadwinners to provide them with essential tools to open their businesses and feel empowered by having an active role in their families and society. 

Moreover, the campaign consists of economic and relief projects to support women and their families financially and psychologically.
