In cooperation with Lebanon Academy for Training and Development, Sela organized an awareness session about choosing the right life partner presented by Dr. Dalia Al-Shimi from Egypt, who holds a Ph.D. in Crisis Management/Human Psychology and a Masters in Psychology.

The session was held on 10-2-2018 from 10 am to 3 pm at the Lebanon Academy Center in Saida.

Dr. Al-Shimi discussed the concept of marriage, the foundations of a healthy relationship. She also emphasized the necessity of self-knowledge to choose the right partner, as she highlighted the influence of emotions when selecting the right partner. Finally, she explained each spouse’s role, his or her differences and the factors that lead to the failure or tension of the relationship.
