The ceremony started by paying respects to the Lebanese and Kuwaiti national anthems, followed by a speech by Mrs. Amal Hassan, Director of Sela, addressing women's right to education, work, and their productive role in contributing to their families and community.

She also shed light on Khoyout Factory's training and experience that helped trainees acquire theoretical and technical skills in modern fashion and sewing to offer them a dignified life and activate their role in the development and community service.

At the end of her speech, she thanked the Ministry of Social Affairs and Saida Municipality for sponsoring the event, the Sheikh Abdullah al-Nouri Charity Society for funding the training and presenting sewing machines for each trainee, and Ghiras Association for its supervision.

After that, Mr. Ali Othman, project manager of Ghiras, briefed the audience about Ghiras's field of work and role in empowering women focusing on the importance of such training workshops that serve the women and their families. He also closed his statement by appreciating Sheikh Abdullah al-Nouri Charity Society for funding the second training workshop, "Fashion Design and Sewing 2022," and Sela, along with Khoyout Factory, for successfully implementing the training.

The ceremony resumed with an additional speech by one of the trainees, Fatima, who expressed their joy to find themselves graduating today after putting in the hard work to reach such moments. The trainees put in the effort for six consecutive months to learn about sewing before creating incredible costumes from their threads.

Sela screened videos showing the trainees working for over six months.

Meanwhile, the trainees showed their creativity and skill by making a costume for a child during the event, followed by another trainee speech presented by Samah, who shared her experience and learning outcomes from the training despite her medical condition.

The ceremony ended with a performance showing costumes from different countries and disturbing the graduation certificates.
