Based on Sela's mission (Supporting pioneer women and creating a safe childhood) and in celebration of Adha Eid, Sela, in cooperation with "Al Masrah Al Alame," represented by its CEO Nohal Koleilat. Launched a theatrical entertainment performance at Ishbilia Theatre and ArtHub; in Saida on Tuesday 13 August, the third day of Adha Eid.
The idea of creating the event falls under the Save Me a Spark Campaign. Thus, the play addressed the importance of education and the negative consequences of child labor and other messages using kind words.
The theatrical performance targeted 450 children from various associations and their parents, in addition to social and cultural figures.
The play included a pantomime performance by the Fun Clowns Troupe about child labor and education's importance. They performed a story about a girl who left the school because she could not afford the school fees; then some people (benefactors) supported her in getting back to school and bringing back happiness into her life.
Next, Sela screened a promo for Save Me A Spark Campaign, followed by Ms. Sultana Jumaa's speech on behalf of Sela addressing vulnerable children's issues and promising that Sela enrolls many dropout children back in schools at the beginning of the next academic year.
Following, the Magical Garden Play expresses the importance of using kind words and how it affects people's hearts. Besides, a dance performance presented by Roses Group. Plus, the riddles segment and distribution of toys and sweets for children.
